2將Kiri奶油芝士切塊,用保鮮膜蓋好

3放入微波爐低火3分鐘,讓芝士軟化到微溫

4奇異果去皮,切成丁

7加入檸檬汁和黑胡椒攪拌均勻

8再放入奇異果丁,攪拌均勻

9用廚房紙吸去火腿片上的水份,大的火腿片的話一切二,然後放上一勺奶油芝士奇異果內餡兒

10再放一棵裝飾香草,可以是薄荷,歐芹或者百里香,再捲起來。
