不含鹽黃油(回軟): 150克, 紅糖(brown sugar): 120克, 蜂蜜: 60克, 蛋黃: 1.5個, 燕麥片: 70克, 藍莓干(切碎): 30克, 蔓越莓干(切碎): 30克, 黑提子乾(切碎): 30克, 低筋麵粉: 264克, 泡打粉: 6克

7分類過篩兩次,倒入步驟6中,輕輕的拌勻;

8加入燕麥片和雜莓,拌勻即可;

9拌勻好的麵糰,不見有麵粉即可,切勿過度攪拌,以免麵糰起筋;

10把麵糰填入模具中,按壓平整並封上保鮮膜;

12把凍硬的麵糰切成理想的大小和厚度(大小和厚度必須均一);

13把生的曲奇平整地鋪排在烤盤上;

14送入已預熱170度烤箱中,約烤20~25分鐘,直至乾脆;
