5待炒熟,放入香菇,放入鹽翻炒,翻炒至七分熟,加水沒過煮

6煮熟小菜後,加水依然沒過,放入煮熟的米飯,壓平,蓋上鍋蓋至鍋里水煮干,鍋內傳來滋滋聲,關火,燜七分鐘,繼續開火,待鍋內水汽煮干,再次發出滋滋聲,關小火,開蓋,放鹽,我這裡是四人份的,放了一大勺,然後將米飯和底下的小菜翻炒均勻
