5冷藏麵糰期間用合適的圓形模具在紙上畫出模型,用剪刀剪下來做餅乾模具用

6麵糰冷藏變硬後取出,用擀麵杖在矽膠墊上將麵糰擀開擀薄

7將餅乾紙模放在面上,用小刀裁出餅乾形狀,然後連同矽膠墊一起放進冷凍冰箱

8等餅乾面變硬了從冰箱取出,用鏟刀將餅乾面移到不粘烤盤上,有距離的擺放

9烤箱預熱上下火175度,預熱好放進烤箱中層烤12分鐘左右到餅乾表面微黃色即可出爐冷卻備用

10接著製作糖霜,將水和蛋白粉倒一起,用手動打蛋器混合攪拌均勻

14然後分成幾個小碗,調一份白色和綠色中度稠的糖霜分別裝入裱花袋,再調藍色,大紅色,綠色比較稀的畫餅乾面的糖霜,分別裝入裱花袋

15在烤好的餅乾上先擠出圓形部分藍色和白色的糖霜面

16然後放在餅乾烘乾機里烘乾表面,沒有烘乾機就等室溫下自然干

17然後再將餅乾藍色白色糖霜面下面擠上一層紅色的糖霜面繼續烘乾

18烘乾後,將聖誕樹餅乾模下面先沾一點白色稀糖霜面,然後輕輕放在藍色和白色圓形部分偏右一點的中間,印出一個聖誕樹形狀

19然後先用中稠綠色的糖霜面勾出聖誕樹形狀,再中間填上稀的綠色糖霜面,底座紅色部分用中稠白色糖霜面裝飾一下

20然後將餅乾上裝飾聖誕氣氛造型等待糖霜都變干
