原料
麵粉: 230g, 牛奶: 113g, 紅糖: 30g, 綿白糖: 8g, 酵母: 3g, 燕麥: 26g
步驟
1牛奶加熱,倒入紅糖和白糖,等糖全化開即可,不需要煮沸,冷卻到35度左右倒入酵母混合,備用

2把步驟1倒入麵粉中用筷子快速攪拌

5容器上蓋好保鮮膜,底下放個水盤(保濕)放入烤箱中35~40度發酵1個小時
