步驟
1肉片事先用油,鹽,薑絲,生粉等腌一下備用;

2胡蘿蔔去皮,切成片;

3杏鮑菇也切成與胡蘿蔔大小的片備用;

4切好蒜片,切好青辣椒與蔥花等;

5熱油鍋,下蒜片和肉片一起炒香出味;

8當菇有一點軟身時即可加入辣醬;

9炒勻,如果怕糊鍋可以加入一點水,最後下蔥花再次炒勻即可!盛碟後可撒入炒香白芝麻,不加亦可!

小技巧
辣醬也可以加入水調勻再下,這樣炒得更均勻。但是水別多放,以免影響風味與菜品,這醬咸,所以沒有再加鹽了!
