章魚: 少許切丁, 包菜: 少量切丁, 洋蔥: 少量切丁, 木魚花: 少許, 海苔碎: 少量, 低筋麵粉: 100克, 雞蛋: 1個, 水: 200克, 泡打粉: 2克, 生抽: 一勺
步驟
1圖中食材;章魚(我用的是魷魚),包菜丁,洋蔥丁,木魚花,海苔碎準備好待用!

2麵糊原料~低筋麵粉&雞蛋&水&無鉛泡打粉&生抽~混合後過篩待用!

3丸子鍋預熱,放少許油!

4用刷子在每個丸子坑裡刷油!

5倒入麵糊,大概8分滿!

6放入魷魚丁,也可以換成蝦仁等等……只要自己喜歡就好!

7放入包菜丁和魷魚丁,材料可以放的多一些哈,自己吃實惠著呢!

8再倒入一些麵糊,要不丸子填不滿哈!

9用竹籤將丸子中間的麵糊隔開,然後將丸子翻轉90度!

10然後用竹籤將周邊的餡料都塞進丸子裡並翻轉!

12翻轉丸子至表面金黃就可以出鍋啦!

13將丸子放進盤子,淋上照燒汁&灑上少許木魚花和海苔碎,擠一些沙拉醬就OK啦!
