5燜制大概5分鐘,打開鍋蓋慢慢把米翻一遍,記住,一定不要把肉和胡蘿蔔翻上來,只翻米即可,翻好繼續蓋蓋

6放入洗的大米,水面跟米是平行的,不要沒過大米,然後大火蓋蓋燜制,直到表面看不到水時改小火

7蓋蓋燜一下,待炒出香味放入胡蘿蔔,繼續蓋鍋蓋燜制,胡蘿蔔稍軟後加入一勺鹽調味
