步驟
1盆內入轉化糖漿,梘水,食用油,攪勻;

4蛋黃,過一下朗姆酒;

5過了酒的蛋黃,入烤箱,中層,200度,烤10分鐘,取出晾涼;

6【分餅皮】 步驟3製作好的餅皮,分成小團;

7【包內陷】 蔓越梅餡包上蛋黃, 用掌心虎口慢慢推圓;

8【最後包制】 餅皮壓成大片,放入內陷,包起,用掌心虎口慢慢推勻;

9模具過一下玉米澱粉, 然後敲去多餘的粉,放入餅團;

10模具擺正,均勻向下壓,脫模;

11烤箱預熱180度, 月餅表面噴一點水;
