尖米丸: 適量, 肉丸: 適量, 肉餅: 適量, 板筋肉(豬瘦肉): 適量, 豬粉腸: 適量, 豬肝: 適量, 蔥花、芹菜、香菜、生菜: 少許, 炸好的干蒜蓉: 少許
步驟
1尖米丸,是用大米磨成漿,經過加熱攪拌成糊狀製作而成,客家人叫「老鼠粄」。

2準備好豬雜

5干蒜末(做一碗潮汕口味的湯粉,這個一定不能缺。我平時會用蔥頭剁碎,加1:1的豬油和玉米油,用中小火炸成干蒜末裝到瓶子裡備用,平時煮湯粉、滾湯時放一點,很美味!)

6準備個大碗

7燒開鍋水,水開後下尖米丸煮熟,用濾勺把它撈到大碗里

8用煮尖米丸的水把生菜焯熟並放進大碗里

9另起一鍋燒開適量的水,水開後放豬雜焯熟放鹽,作為湯底倒進裝尖米丸的大碗里
