雞蛋: 2隻, 韭菜: 100g, 蝦: 150g, 木耳: 適量, 香菇: 50g, 蔥姜蒜: 適量
步驟
1木耳泡發切小丁,香菇去尾切小丁,雞蛋打散煎好(煎雞蛋竅門:雞蛋加適量水打散,將鍋倒油少許,熱鍋後雞蛋倒入,倒入後用筷子快速攪拌,一直攪拌,能做成小塊又嫩嫩的雞蛋),切好的韭菜和蔥姜蒜倒入小盆中
