1準備麵粉,雞蛋,西紅柿,蔥末,溫水,鹽,白糖

2水要依次少放一些,放多了疙瘩會太大不好熟,儘量讓疙瘩大小均勻

3將西紅柿切開,不要切斷,放在開水裡,兩西紅柿皮煮軟脫落!把西紅柿盛出

4鍋里放油和蔥末,正常炒菜量的油就可以

6鍋中加水,放入準備好的疙瘩!注意攪拌以免粘鍋!放適量鹽!
