乾貝: 20克(泡發2小時), 蝦米: 20克(泡發1小時), 茴香: 400克(洗凈切碎), 餃子皮: 400克, 雞蛋: 2個, 五香豆乾: 20克, 蔥: 20克, 姜: 3克, 料酒: 1勺, 花生油: 10克, 香油: 5克, 鹽: 5克, 味精: 3克, 白砂糖: 5克
步驟
1備食材:豆乾切丁、泡發好的乾貝、蝦米切丁、茴香切碎、蔥姜切碎

13鍋里的水燒開後放入餃子(11個)兩分鐘後就開始翻滾,半碗清水加進去一分鐘後又將翻滾,再加半碗清水,加三次清水後餃子待翻滾後一分鐘就可以撈起裝盤
