1蒜用壓蒜鉗壓蒜蓉

2鍋入油燒熱,加入蒜蓉炒香

3將蒜蓉炒成淡黃色後盛在碗中,調入水和蒸魚豉油及雞精拌勻

4將粉絲入熱水中泡幾分鐘至軟

5將扇貝一分為二,去掉黑色內臟和沙包,清洗乾淨,只留貝肉。小心將貝肉用刀取下,放入小碗中,加入料酒腌制一下去除腥味。再將貝殼裡外用刷子刷乾淨。將粉絲用筷子捲起來鋪在扇貝底部

6粉絲上面擺上貝肉。將蒜蓉鋪在貝肉上面

7待蒸鍋上汽後,放入扇貝。蒸15分鐘左右。
