小技巧
- 黃花魚的鱗片一定要去乾淨,特別是黃魚身上的黃色部分哦 2. 肚子裡的內臟還有黑膜一定要去除乾淨 3. 魚身兩邊滑刀的時候不要滑錯方向,不然魚肉很容易爛 4. 魚身裹的麵粉!麵粉!麵粉! 5. 油要燒到將沾過麵粉的筷子放入鍋中,筷子邊冒泡,鍋內沒有油的啪啪聲
