2黃油軟化,丟到料理機機打到微發

3加入糖粉繼續攪拌均勻

4加入奶酪芝士,拌勻打發一點點

6再加入低粉,奶粉,泡打粉

7拌勻最後加入蔓越梅,如果蔓越梅比較大顆請切碎一些

9攪拌好的麵糊,可以用曲奇嘴擠花烤,我比較懶我用長條形磨具整形,冷凍注意是冷凍40分鐘然後切片,150度中層烤30分鐘,我喜歡焦一點就烤了45分鐘,焦黃就行了!不過還是要看各人的烤箱溫度~
