奶油奶酪(我用自製的): 250g, 玉米澱粉: 20克, 自製酸奶(濃稠): 150g, 雞蛋: 2個, 蔓越莓: 35g, 細砂糖: 80g, 朗姆酒: 兩大勺

13預熱烤箱上下火160度,水浴~加入蔓越莓干

14倒入烤盤中

15送入烤箱,上下火160度60分鐘,轉180度15分鐘

16出爐後,直接放在晾架上晾涼,不燙手時,將油紙提起,拿掉烤盤,撕去四個邊上的油紙

17蓋上另一層油紙,翻面

因為趕時間,明天又是周一了,除了美好的周末,我的生活節奏比較快~你們可以直接烤盤蓋上保鮮膜,放入冰箱冷藏隔夜,第二天再切會比較平整的,還可以去除四個邊,因為自己吃,所以就不顧賣相只顧方便了~
