1雞蛋打成蛋液,用大部分的雞蛋液攤成雞蛋碎,留很少一點粘外皮

2香菇、豆乾和球莖茴香切成細絲,胡蘿蔔擦成絲

3炒鍋燒熱,加入少量食用油,下入胡蘿蔔、香菇,豆乾和球莖茴香絲翻炒到食材變軟

4再放入雞蛋碎攪勻,下入鹽調味

5取一張春卷皮,一角朝向自己,在皮兒的中間放入適量炒熟的餡兒,從下往上捲起來,左右兩邊向內折,用蛋液黏住最上角

6捲成卷黏住後,同樣的步驟,捲入藍莓干、豆沙餡和混合堅果變成甜味春卷
