步驟
1原料全家福;

2將油皮中所有的原料放入麵包機內,麵筋攪拌至8成左右,靜置;

7放在右手的虎口處,左手大拇指向下按壓,右手虎口處向上收,將油酥均勻的包入裡面;

8依次做好,覆蓋保鮮膜靜置10分鐘;

9將一個麵糰擀至牛舌狀;注意不要破皮;

14兩個頭往中間折,按壓,擀圓;

16將玫瑰餡放入擀至好的皮上面,使用同樣包油酥的方法,包裹起來;按扁;
