原料
土豆: 200g, 鹽: 適量, 胡椒: 適量, 澱粉: 2大匙, 雞蛋: 2個, 芝士粉: 1小匙, 沙拉醬: 2小匙, 培根: 1片, 黃油(或橄欖油): 1大匙, 番茄醬: 適量
步驟
1土豆去皮切絲,加鹽、胡椒、澱粉,攪拌好

2雞蛋拌好加芝士粉、沙拉醬,培根切小片丟進去,混合好

3燒鍋熱黃油至融化,把1如圖中所示排成一個圓環形,用鍋鏟稍微壓實,煎2分鐘左右

4把2倒進3的中心部分,蓋鍋蓋轉小火燒2分鐘

5等蛋液凝固之後翻面,再蓋鍋蓋燒2-3分鐘
