2髙筋面、酵母、牛奶、雞蛋揉成麵糰放入黃油揉成光滑麵糰,蓋上保鮮膜發酵2倍大

3發好的麵糰排氣,靜置10分鐘

6捏實口朝下,手掌輕輕壓一下切成米字形,相鄰的兩片朝不同的方向翻起

7放入烤盤中下面放一碗水,進行二次發酵
