普通麵粉: 400克, 鮮奶: 一袋, 耐高糖酵母粉: 2--3克, 鹽: 2克, 綿白糖: 5克
步驟
1準備食材: 麵粉、牛奶

2所有食材放入盆中,我是用手揉的面,也可以借用麵包機、廚師機和面,揉好的麵糰光滑細膩,蓋上蓋子等待發酵

3發酵好的麵糰增加到原麵糰的2倍大,現在的天氣一小時就可以發到蜂窩狀,如圖

4接下來就開始揉面,揉面的過程就是給麵糰中的氣泡排出來,時間大概10分鐘左右
