1某寶購買的腸粉專用粉,比例是1:1(1碗水:一碗粉)

2花生米用油炸熟,稍攪碎 豬肉剁成泥,加一勺鹽,兩勺醬油腌半個小時 粉和水按比例調好

3由於沒專用腸粉工具,就找個烤箱盤來代替!首先在乾淨的盤上刷一層油,然後把漿和肉、花生混進盤裡,等鍋里的水開了放進,蓋上蓋蒸大約4-5粉鍾,打開看到粉冒泡即熟
