8寸麥西恩餅: 若干, 合菜用料: , 土豆: 1個, 胡蘿蔔: 半根, 白菜: 2片, 黑木耳: 適量, 豬肉絲: 適量, 粉條: 適量, 雞蛋: 3個, 生抽,老抽,料酒,蚝油: 適量, 鹽,糖: 適量, 甜麵醬: 適量
步驟
1春餅先準備配料,先從陽台上割一把自己種的韭菜!

2把土豆切絲,用清水把土豆里的澱粉都洗掉,胡蘿蔔,木耳,白菜,肉切絲,粉條提前煮軟,韭菜切段!

3鍋中下油,加入蔥花熗鍋,下入豬肉絲煸炒出香味!
