6寸模具, 菠菜汁170g, 中筋麵粉200g, 酵母4g, 蔓越莓干一把, 糖30g
步驟
1 菠菜6棵洗乾淨切碎再放水打成汁

2 把菠菜汁過濾

10 蒸鍋內放足量水,放入模具,上面蓋下保鮮膜,保鮮膜不要蓋實了,這是防蒸氣水掉在上面

11 大火蒸二十五分鐘

12 關火後三分鐘取出來,放涼會用手輕壓下圍邊

1.因要蒸二十五分鐘,所以鍋內水要加足 2.蒸好取出時要小心別燙到手了
