小技巧
1.鹹鴨蛋黃儘量要碾得碎一些,越碎越好,成泥狀,有一點顆粒也無大礙 2.炒的時候一定要小火炒,大火蛋黃容易糊掉 3.炸至油溫不宜過低,油溫過低南瓜條就會吸入大量油,口感不好!
