簡介
炒粉絲是一道再家常不過的菜,有些地方也叫「螞蟻上樹」,不管在哪裡,這道菜好像總是很受歡迎。
原料
紅薯粉絲, 肉末, 青蒜, 嫩筍, 干香菇, 料酒, 生抽, 老抽, 鹽, 糖
步驟
1粉絲和干香菇用水泡軟。(最好用冷水泡,趕時間可以用熱水。)

2泡軟的粉絲洗凈後剪成小段。(泡之前剪更容易些)
