步驟
1蛋糕製作,先將A慢速攪拌三分鐘至糖化

2在1中加入過篩的B和C拌勻並打發至乳白色

5將步驟4倒入烤模中並抹平,入爐以上下火200/150℃約烤12分鐘左右,出爐冷卻

6將烤好的5扣在白紙上,撕掉墊紙後使表面朝上,切成長20cm、寬10cm的長條
7再從中間橫切一刀備用

8裝飾製作,將酥油、糖粉放在容器中拌勻,加入淡奶油先拌勻,再充分打發打發即可
9酥皮及綜合製作,先將A放在容器中混合拌勻
