莜麵: 210克, 開水: 210克, 爛腌菜: 10g, 韭菜: 7g, 芹菜: 10g, 香菜: 10g, 黃瓜絲: 10g, 小蔥: 5g, 鹽: 1g, 純凈水: 30g, 紅尖椒: 3g, 綠尖椒: 3g, 爛腌菜汁: 20g, 醬油: 3g, 紅油: 2g, 蒜泥: 5g
步驟
1取一乾淨容器,稱量莜麵210克

2倒入210克開水,邊倒邊攪拌

13一個一個做,做了這麼多,花了蠻多時間滴

14大火煮開鍋中的水,把蒸籠放上,邊緣用布塞緊防蒸汽泄漏(拍照的時候沒有塞,後來用洗碗布塞緊的),蒸十五分鐘就可以了(沒蒸熟的口感有些粘粘的,蒸熟以後口感老勁道了)
15把韭菜芹菜黃瓜洗乾淨切成小粒,青紅椒洗凈也切成小粒,爛腌菜備用

16小蔥香菜洗凈切小,大蒜頭切末(忘記拍進去了)

17這是爛腌菜

18爛腌菜擠出20克汁水,加入礦泉水30克
