皺皮青椒: 3隻, 鹹味鹵香乾: 4塊, 黑木耳(乾的): 泡發後一小把, 油: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 鹽: 少量
步驟
1青椒,我一般選皺皮青椒,皮薄又好吃 先把青椒洗凈去籽,用刀拍一下拍扁再切絲,香乾切絲,木耳選用小朵的泡發後洗凈就可以了

2熱鍋放油,油熱下香乾絲和木耳一塊翻炒一兩分鐘

3緊接著再放適量的生抽繼續翻炒大概一分鐘左右,

4最後放青椒絲翻炒一兩分鐘,出鍋前放少量鹽調味即可,
