1酵母粉用微微溫熱的水泡十分鐘

2將麵粉倒入盆邊較乾燥的盆內,中間挖個坑,分次倒入,邊倒邊用刮刀和面,先不要急著下手,刮刀和面更可以讓盆乾淨

3成大概的麵糰後刮乾淨盆邊取出放在案板上揉成光滑的麵糰即可蓋上保鮮膜或濕布餳發

4餳發至原來的兩倍大即可取出加50克的乾麵粉反覆揉排氣,揉好的面放5分鐘

5在等待過程中我們來製作餅的玉米餡,熱開水分次倒入玉米面內快速攪拌成濕潤的絮狀便可以,然後加一勺油一勺胡椒粉再攪拌均勻

6蔥花切好
