步驟
1粑粑一般泡在水裡保存,所以表面會有一層糊糊,洗乾淨,擦乾,切成小塊,我選了高粱粑粑和糯米粑粑,每個用一半

2把油和糖放進鍋里,小火熬糖

3等到糖全部融化

4把粑粑放進來,還是小火慢炸,大概三五分鐘

5粑粑在油里慢慢變軟膨脹,中間鼓出來就可以出鍋啦!
