步驟
1今天的《好好吃飯吧》來到劉一帆Steven老師的「一帆食堂」學習烹制一道美味的「避風塘炒蟹」吧!

2首先你要買好一隻肉蟹並將它處理乾淨(約200-300g);

3用適量生粉將蟹肉包裹住,這樣可以保證最大程度的留下螃蟹的鮮味;

4將少許的薑片切好備用;

7準備少許的蔥段;

8將一碗原味天然薯片捏碎成小塊狀(秘密武器我們後面揭曉作用喔~);

9準備一鍋熱油,開大火將螃蟹下鍋油炸!

10大火油炸最多3-5分鐘之後就足夠;

11將蟹肉全部撈出,用廚房紙巾瀝油;

12取炸過蟹的油3-4勺至鍋中;

14將蒜末、薑片及干辣椒碎下鍋煸炒;
