原料
雞腿: 1隻, 土豆: 2個, 青椒: 2個, 大蒜: 4瓣, 蔥白段: 2份, 生薑塊: 2份, 啤酒: 1罐, 花椒: 一小把, 大料: 1個, 冰糖: 10塊左右, 郫縣豆瓣醬: 1勺
步驟
1冷水下鍋:雞大腿,蔥段1份,生薑塊1份,料酒2勺(吃飯勺)

2趁這時候把土豆塊切好

3雞肉變色後,撇開沫子,撈出來

4熱鍋涼油,放花椒,大料,冰糖

5待冰糖融化,把雞塊下鍋,4勺生抽,1勺郫縣豆瓣醬,蚝油2勺,翻炒~~

6翻炒均勻後,倒入一罐啤酒?,燒開

7放土豆,蔥段1份,生薑塊1份,加水至沒過土豆雞肉,再燒開後轉小火燉20分鐘(這一步忘記拍照了,笨)
8將青椒切塊,大蒜切大塊 燉20分鐘後,放青椒和大蒜塊,翻炒,然後大火收汁~~ 留多少湯按照喜好來定~~
