雞蛋: 一隻, 麵粉: 1500克, 植物油: 160克, 去皮核桃仁: 60克, 細砂糖: 100克, 泡打粉: 4分之3小勺, 小蘇打: 4分之1小勺, 黑芝麻: 少許

2將打散的雞蛋液,砂糖,植物油在大碗中混合均勻,加入核桃碎;
