雞蛋: 4個, 紅棗: 100g(去核前), 細砂糖/糖粉: 100g, 低筋麵粉: 180g, 小蘇打: 4g, 泡打粉: 7g, 玉米油: 100g, 核桃: 適量(有蒸熟的板栗也可以加), 白芝麻: 適量(表面裝飾用)
步驟
1紅棗洗凈去核

2加水蓋過紅棗(大概180g水,也可以多加一點水)用不粘鍋煮至圖上狀態(汁收干即可)

3涼至餘溫加入白砂糖/糖粉

9取出三分之一麵糊放置另一盆中加入玉米油

12入模撒上白芝麻 上150下160烘烤50分鐘 中途注意表面如果上色過度要及時蓋錫紙
