原料
Butter: 200g, Sugar: 130g, Egg: 3, Flour: 200g, Baking podwer: a few, Lemon skin(yellow): a few, Honey: a few drops, Milk: 60g
步驟
1拿小鍋, 入butter融化
2拿大碗A(因為最後所有野要入這個碗), 入sugar+egg, 用打蛋器攪拌均勻(第一次整的時候我用打蛋器打發了*_*)
3融化的butter入碗A(sugar+egg), 邊入邊mix
4拿碗B(不用太大), 入flour+baking podwer+lemon skin(yellow, white skin is bitter)
5碗B的乾料入碗A, 邊mix邊轉碗"you move with the bowl", 有小結團無關係
6入冰箱放1小時
7瑪德琳模抹butter, 撒多點麵粉, bake13~15min

小技巧
- When mixing, "you move with the bowl" 2. mix後要放入冰箱 照理來說我很喜歡瑪德琳, 但它無法符合"心血來潮想馬上吃的comfort food"系列, "easy quick yum"恐怕暫時還是chocolate pot稱王
