雞胸肉: 1塊(300g), 胡蘿蔔: 50g, 雞蛋: 1個, 麵粉: 10g, 蔥,蒜: 1根,2瓣, 精鹽: 1.5鹽勺, 雞精: 1鹽勺, 十三香: 1鹽勺, 生抽: 1匙, 香油: 2匙
步驟
1準備材料(麵粉備好)~

2將雞胸肉胡蘿蔔蔥蒜洗凈,切末糜備用~

3雞肉糜倒入盆中打入雞蛋,倒入胡蘿蔔末,再倒入蔥蒜末糜~

4加入精鹽,雞精,十三香,生抽,香油~ 朝一個方向順時針攪拌均勻~ 倒入麵粉~ 翻拌均勻,攪拌上勁~

5手洗凈,用手搓圓成球(手可沾些清水,防止粘手)~

6依次搓好全部的肉丸~
