白砂糖: 50g, 礦泉水: 30g, 熱開水: 20g, 白砂糖: 20g, 雞蛋: 兩個, 純牛奶: 250毫升(一小盒)
步驟
1原材料大集合;

2先做焦糖,把50g白砂糖和30g礦泉水倒入鍋中,開中火,不用攪拌,拿著鍋柄不斷晃圈即可,待鍋中布滿氣泡,轉小火;

3小火慢慢熬,等到鍋中呈現出棕紅色的糖漿,散發出正常的焦糖香時,就倒入熱開水,繼續晃圈小鍋,讓水和糖充分融合,繼續加熱10秒即可;

4迅速倒入玻璃瓶中,一定要迅速,倒好後,焦糖部分就製作完成啦,放置一旁,備用;

5接下來做布丁部分,首先把牛奶在微波爐里加熱至稍燙,拿出放溫,備用;

6再將兩個雞蛋和20g白砂糖放入碗中,畫圈攪動,白砂糖溶解即可;

7把溫溫熱的牛奶倒入蛋液中,畫圈攪動,讓兩者充分融合;

8攪拌均勻後過篩,最好過兩至三次;

9過篩後靜止10分鐘,(然後可以預熱烤箱,160度,上下層,)然後再把布丁液倒入瓶子裡;

10把瓶子放入烤盤,並在深烤盤中加入瓶子2/3高的熱水,下層,160度,30分鐘,即可拿出放涼,食用;
