步驟
1澄面過篩加鹽拌勻,慢慢倒入滾燙的開水用筷子拌成棉花狀

2稍涼後加少許食用油揉成光滑的麵糰

3把麵糰分成小小的劑子放在手心,搓成兩頭尖中間大的小粉條

4放屜子裡燒開水入鍋蒸15分鐘左右

5蒸好取出涼一會放少許食用油拌勻即可分小袋放冰箱保存

6熱鍋下油爆香蔥
