1上次說了魚片的片法,今天就來說說酸菜魚的做法。首先把片好的魚片用胡椒粉,鹽,蛋清,料酒腌制15分鐘,

2然後把酸菜切一下小塊,鍋里放油先把酸菜煸炒一下,

3放入郫縣豆瓣醬和姜蒜片繼續煸炒出香味,
