牛上腦或黃瓜條: 500g, 自製紅酒: 100g, 醬油: 50g, 糖: 10g
步驟
1牛上腦或小黃瓜條,簡單去下白筋後切塊

2開水抄肉,水開後關火下肉攪動幾下肉變白就撈出來

3把抄好的肉撈出來,擠出水後放入阿迪鍋或高壓鍋,阿迪鍋選肉檔,高壓鍋開鍋扣閥20分鐘! 500g肉放100g自製紅酒、50g醬油 紅酒只要糖少,非勾兌就可以!

4阿迪鍋出鍋

5倒進大勺,加10g糖,攪勻後開火,把湯靠凈,這時儘量別用鏟子攪動,肉容易碎!
