原料
牛腩肉: 700克, 番茄: 2個, 洋蔥: 1個, 鮮蘑菇: 200克, 干黃豆: 1CUP, 番茄醬: 150克左右, 蒜瓣: 4瓣, 高湯: 適量, 香葉2片: , 紅糖: 2小勺, 麵粉: 1勺, 八角: 個, 鹽: 適量, 黑胡椒: 適量, 辣椒末: 適量, 橄欖油: 適量
步驟
1黃豆頭天晚上泡發好;牛腩肉切較大塊(小了肉會容易比較干),加入鹽和黑胡椒末,用手抓均勻,多抓幾下相當於按摩一下,再靜置半小時
