小技巧
- 黃花魚的鱗片一定要去乾淨,特別是肚子中間的黃色部位 2. 魚鰓還有內臟要清理乾淨,不然會很腥 3. 打花刀打奇數刀且不要打到魚肚子上,不然很容易魚就碎了 4. 炸魚的時候要裹麵粉!
