原料
芹菜: 一根, 豬肉: 500克, 溫水: 適量, 鹽: 2小勺, 蔥: 一根, 姜: 五片, 麵粉: 適量, 生抽: 兩勺, 香菜: 一顆

1肉餡加蔥薑末、生抽 攪拌均勻

2芹菜杆和芹菜葉分開切末

3麵粉加適量鹽,緩緩加入溫水,用筷子攪拌成絮狀。待麵粉幾乎都成絮狀,沒有乾粉之後用手揉成團,蓋上蓋子放置一邊。

4燒水,水開放入芹菜杆,沸騰後加入芹菜葉煮熟。找個大碗放點涼水,把芹菜盛到碗里。(如果芹菜嫩可以省略這一步)

5等芹菜變涼後,擠出水分放到肉餡里,加適量鹽、食用油,少許十三香,少許雞精攪拌均勻。
6面揉光

7取一小份,搓成細長條狀
