1燕麥用攪拌機打成粉,果乾泡軟瀝干,核桃仁切碎

2高筋麵粉+燕麥粉+砂糖+鹽+酵母+玉米油混合揉勻,再揉到擴展階段(能拉出薄膜);在溫暖處發酵至兩倍大

5摺疊按緊,疊合處向下,靜置發酵至1.5-2倍大

6在表面噴少許水,再割幾刀,篩一點麵粉或者燕麥粉

7烤箱200度預熱,烤18-20分鐘後取出,冷卻。(酵母粉直至麵包冷卻才停止工作,所以要耐心等待哦)
