1冬瓜去皮切成小塊

2冬瓜焯水,水沸後稍微再煮一會,用筷子能戳進去後就可以撩出來了

3稍微晾涼後剁碎,到圖片中那個程度就差不多啦⋯⋯再剁就成漿糊了

4剁完後用手擠出水分待用

5冬瓜肉糜約1:1也可以豬肉稍微多些,加入鹽,少許生抽,食用油和蔥花拌勻⋯⋯冬瓜水分大,所以習慣往餡里打水的親也不用加水了,然後朝一個方向攪拌就好了
