1米要提前泡好,讓它喝飽水,趕時間的用熱水,泡兩三個小時

小技巧
- 糯米不好煮,要提前浸泡,沒準備的情況下用熱水泡兩三個小時,不敢時間的冷水泡半天以上,也可以前一天晚上泡好。
