脫皮綠豆: 250g, 淡奶油: 120g, 牛奶: 120g, 黃油: 80g, 細砂糖: 80g
步驟
1脫皮綠豆洗乾淨,可以提前浸泡一夜,如果和我一樣沒浸泡的話,蒸的時候要放一些水

2用高壓鍋的豆子一檔隔水蒸熟

7過篩後的綠豆沙倒入鍋內

8分次加入黃油開小火炒。一定要等豆沙充分吸收黃油後再加入下一次

12繼續翻炒到豆沙成團不粘刮刀

13炒好的豆沙用保鮮膜包裹住。放入冰箱冷藏冷卻

14冷卻到溫熱的豆沙我分成了兩塊。其中一塊加入了蔓越莓干
