步驟
1扁豆洗凈,去頭尾,折成兩段備用;

2洋蔥切成適量大小塊;

3粉條提前用水泡軟備用;

4排骨提前用油,鹽,姜,蒜,料酒等腌20分鐘以上備用;

5熱油鍋,先下提成骨煎香兩面,再下洋蔥一起炒出香味;

6加入醬油炒上色;

7然後加入腌過食材的水量,加冰糖,五香粉 大火煮開後轉小火燜煮約30分鐘;

8加入粉條和扁豆再燜煮約10分鐘;

小技巧
家裡剛好沒有老抽,如果有,可以適量加點,老抽上色,生抽提鮮!
